  • Turbine Technologies (e.g., combined-cycle gas turbines)
  • Initiative, creativity, adaptability, independence, diligence, attention to detail – if those are your strengths, we're looking for you to be a part of our team.
  • The position is well-suited for individuals who may not have prior professional experience in the field but are eager to learn and excel.

What will your role entail?

  • Providing technical expertise and support to our partners and experts in handling contracts.
  • Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
  • identifying new opportunities and novel technologies,
  • liaising with clients, partners, suppliers, and research organizations,
  • developing concepts for implementing targeted energy solutions,
  • building simplified business cases for clients and preparing presentations,
  • assisting with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations as needed.

In addition to comprehensive initial training and integration into the team, you'll have the opportunity to engage in further training sessions. Guided by senior colleagues, you'll consistently broaden your expertise and deepen your understanding within the field.
You'll be working on interesting energy projects, where you'll refine your skills by overcoming unique challenges within the technological domain.

What do we offer?

Engaging work where your efforts are duly recognized and rewarded.

An opportunity to be at the forefront of energy transformation.

3–6 month full-time, on-site training abroad.

Afterward, in the Czech Republic, the option to work remotely from home will be available.

Active involvement in impactful energy projects and collaboration with industry leaders in the Czech Republic and Europe, offering invaluable experiences and significant professional growth.

Ample opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

We prefer junior colleagues to quickly advance to expert and project management roles, taking on responsibilities from senior colleagues.

A space to unleash your creativity, exercise independent judgment, and take initiative. You'll have the full backing and support of our team every step of the way.

We don't expect you to be a fully-fledged engineer. We're looking for someone who is self-assured in their field, driven by passion, and eager to tackle challenges while continuously learning and problem-solving.
