Pavel Randák is a technical expert in the design and construction of power plants, with over 40 years of experience in the energy sector. Throughout his career, he has worked as a control and automation systems designer for coal-fired, nuclear, and gas-fired power plants, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. He also has extensive experience providing on-site architectural supervision.

For the past five years, he has served as the Head of Engineering at a firm specializing in the maintenance and retrofitting of coal-fired power plants. Pavel is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Czech Chamber of Chartered Engineers and Technicians (ČKAIT). He has also served on VGBE committees (Germany). Currently, he lectures on energy engineering at the University in Ústí nad Labem.
