Product portfolio expansion

The scope of the project was the preparation and coordination of 4 workshops in order to identify opportunities for expanding the product portfolio in order to diversify and ensure sustainable sales growth. EPDOR acted as a technology and economic consultant, designing and coordinating with other partners to ensure the successful implementation of workshops. Based on the workshops, a preferred business case was to be selected and developed for verification by a pilot project. The pilot project then aimed to prepare the ground for deployment in the commercial implementation mode. However, none of the selected opportunities entered the pilot project phase, as they did not meet the client's requirement for a neutral or profitable business case from the first year of operation.
