For the MPOWER group, EPDOR participated in the creation of a new corporate and commercial strategy. The MPOWER Group integrates companies in the field of development, technology, engineering, production and service of valves for conventional and nuclear energy and the chemical, petrochemical and metallurgical industries. EPDOR's consulting activities consisted of analyzing the business strategy and business process and designing the target state (description of options for sustainable growth, securing new opportunities, markets and customers), mapping the potential of markets (domestic and foreign), customers and products for new business opportunities. and to ensure the sustainable growth of the company and a proposal on how to optimize the business process, including the use of already acquired and future knowledge of process participants.
