The subject of this project was the analysis of the current purchasing and contractual strategy, the design of the form and method of optimizing the subcontracting process to increase the efficiency of the purchasing process and reduce risks and the relevant involvement of other departments in purchasing processes. The main task of EPDOR was to define the strategy of individual supply areas, set the process of demanding suppliers, reduce costs and increase the efficiency of implementation of this process with other involved departments, and also ensure distribution of subcontracting risks between the company and suppliers within ZVZ). Following an analysis of the current situation, draft measures were drawn up for the future setting of purchasing and a directive on the purchasing process was drawn up.
