Energy sector in the Czech Republic and CE – Expected Developments conference

On Wednesday, March 3, EPDOR representatives attended a very interesting and stimulating online conference entitled "Expected developments in the energy sector in the Czech Republic and Central Europe". A number of interesting speakers put forth their ideas and the topics at hand included, for example, the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on energy and society in general, future developments in the EU ETS, trends in gas, heat and electricity generation and distribution, expected developments in the field of decentralized energy, smart metering and electromobility, energy storage technology news, innovations and new technologies in the energy and district heating sector, digitalization in the energy sector, trends in financing, investments, mergers and acquisitions, trends in waste treatment and its potential as an energy source, or cooperation of producers, suppliers and supporting companies in the energy industry.

We are very sorry we were not able to meet the performers, event organizers, and guests (many of whom are our dear friends, clients or partners) face to face, but we firmly believe that we will have such opportunity rather soon.
