EPDOR in consorcium with Grant Thornton Advisory conclude a consulting framework agreement with ČEZ

We are entering the year 2020 having concluded an important framework agreement on advisory services with the ČEZ Group. We firmly believe it will become a catalyst for a number of interesting projects and that we will continue developing energy projects and spinning the wheels of energy transformation with our partners from ČEZ. Among advisory services the framework agreement authorizes us to provide are management consulting; strategic consultancy; support of the Client's management in creating strategic agenda; management support of selected teams and projects; support of implementation of the Client's strategic agenda; consulting on integration into the ČEZ Group; providing benchmarks, case studies and best practices, and analytical support addressing specific challenges.
