Our colleague Kristián is now a full-time Project Support Manager!

We're excited to announce that Kristián Marcinčák, who has been working with us for over three years, officially stepped into the role of full-time Project Support Manager this March. At EPDOR, Kristián plays a key role in managing and developing projects across our energy portfolio. His work spans financial and technical modeling for various energy technologies from wind and solar power plants to hydrogen solutions, and even heat pricing for municipalities, for example the town of Milevsko. Beyond that, he is actively involved in business development and the internal operations of our company.

Kristián's contribution goes far beyond analytics – he also organizes meetings, team gatherings, and teambuilding events, helping to create an open and collaborative company culture. He's responsible for a significant part of our internal project portfolio and plays a key role in shaping EPDOR's strategic direction.
